This policy governs cancellations and rescheduling of diagnostic services booked with Neuberg Diagnostics Middle East LLC.
2. Timelines & Refunds
- More than 24 hours before collection- Full refund or free reschedule. Rescheduling Flexibility - Patients may reschedule once free of charge if notice is given more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection.
- Before collection or Less than 2 hours before collection - No test charges will apply. If a phlebotomist has already been dispatched and cancellation is requested upon arrival, only the phlebotomy and transport charges will apply.
- After sample collection and test completion- No cancellation or refund.
- No-show without notice- No refund.
3. Request Procedure
Cancellations and reschedules must be made via Neuberg Diagnostics Middle East LLC website or call center. Confirmation will be shared by email or SMS.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
5. Special Situations
Neuberg Diagnostics Middle East LLC may waive charges in case of emergencies or operational issues. The company also reserves the right to cancel bookings due to laboratory or compliance constraints.
